Desire of All Ages Care Inc (DAAC) provides Individual Personal Support within the context of each individual’s or family’s lifestyle in the least intrusive manner possible.
Individual Personal Support is provided in a manner that is consistent with the individual’s Personal-Centered Plan.
This plan is not a one-size-fits-all solution but a personalized guide developed after a comprehensive multi-discipline assessment. This reassures you that the care you receive is tailored to your unique needs.
Our well-trained staff provides Individual Personal Support to individuals residing in their own and/or family homes, including family or individual as appropriate.

With our Community Development Services, individuals with developmental disabilities are offered a comprehensive program that covers all aspects of community learning and participation. This program promotes the development of interpersonal relationships and socializing advantages while fostering the ability to self-advocate and respond to health and safety challenges as needed. The program maximizes the available community resources to maximize an individual’s productivity, independence and competence. Based on an initial comprehensive Nursing Assessment and the need for Nursing Support Services, Desire of All Ages Care Inc. provides Nursing Support Services via Nurse Health Case Management/ Delegation, which covers an array of health supports in a manner that will promote the use of resources available in
the community and build on the individual’s existing support network to promote positive health outcomes for each individual. Supports appropriate to an individual’s needs will enable participation in the community and enhance each quality of life. Nurse Case Management/ Delegation Services are provided within the context of individuals’ or families’ private homes and licensed agency-owned or rented DDA provider sites.

At Desire of Ages Care Inc., we understand that each individual has unique needs and desires. That's why we assist them in developing living arrangements tailored to their specific requirements and creating connections that enable them to become valued community members. Our program is designed to provide personalized support to those who need twenty-four-hour supervision.
Our services are provided in homes and apartments owned/rented by the agency and licensed by the Office of Healthcare Quality. Each site has a small capacity, not exceeding four individuals, ensuring a high level of personalized care. The most typical arrangement is two or three people living with full-time staff support.
Our services go beyond just housing and supervision. We provide comprehensive support that includes housing, transportation, individualized training, assistance with household management, medical and financial needs support, personal care, recreation, and coordination with multiple community resources. All our supports are individually designed to respond to the needs and desires of each individual, reflecting an appreciation of their unique personality.

RESPITE CARE SERVICES
Respite Care, a short-term care service, provides a much-needed break from the participants' and their families' daily routines. It relieves families or primary caretakers from their caregiver responsibilities and opens up new opportunities, experiences, and self-determination for the participants. At DAAC Inc., we offer various respite care services, including hourly and residential options, ensuring a solution that fits your unique needs.
Desire of All Ages Care Inc. (DAAC Inc) is your reliable partner in providing high-quality respite care to participants when needed. Our services are provided in various settings, each designed to cater to the unique needs of our participants. Whether it's a DI-IMH-certified overnight camp covered under COMAR 10.16.06, another non-institutional setting approved by DDA, the participant's home, or the participant's family home, we ensure that our participants are comfortable and well-cared for. We also offer assistance in recovery after surgery or a hospital stay. Caring for a loved one at home can be an enriching experience, but it can also be overwhelming and exhausting. We understand the importance of regular support to relieve stress, restore energy, and promote balance. Respite care from Desire of All Ages Care Inc. provides short-term breaks that relieve stress, restore energy, and promote balance within a household. Our services can help to sustain a family caregiver's health, delaying out-of-home placements.
